Danika is a junior residing in British Columbia, Canada. She is an avid writer, feeler, and explorer. Her purpose is to adventure the unknown and undiscovered. When she is not dabbling in poetry, she can be found being out and about.

Megan is a junior from Houston, TX. She has two cats who are essentially her children and she enjoys windy, cloudy days. Megan likes to write short stories, and she thinks that the Mysterious Benedict Society (the books, not the TV adaption) will forever be a goated series.

Filiz Fish is a high school junior from Los Angeles, California. Her work has been recognized by the Live Poets Society of New Jersey, The New York Times, The Adroit Journal, and more. Her favorite food is pickles––she doesn’t understand how some people don’t like them.

Melinda is a high schooler from Houston, TX. Her favorite authors are Stephen King and Ottessa Moshfegh. She subsists on a diet of boba and Takis, and loves playing with her dog. Most importantly, Canon is above Nikon. Always.

Christie is a senior at Northfield Mount Hermon, and will be matriculating at UChicago next year. She likes to read speculative fiction, crochet (really slowly), draw (badly), and box. Also chocolate, specifically milk chocolate, and salted caramel inside would be perfect. If anyone has any interesting linguistics tidbits, she’d be glad to hear them.

Kolby Mitchell is 16 years old and resides in both Los Angeles, California, and New Orleans, Louisiana. Kolby’s works consist mainly of creative nonfiction. He is the executive director for Rethink Magazine and hopes to give a voice to the voiceless through his creative ventures.

Kyle is a junior from Houston, TX. He enjoys golf, video games (SSBU!), and playing with a certain British Shorthair cat. Not as literarily inclined as the rest of Rethink (STEM is totally cool).

Sophie (Lin) is a senior at York House School in Vancouver, Canada. When they are not editing pieces or graphic designing, they may be often found doom scrolling, writing poetry, or binge watching a show. They are also a chronic insomniac and multitasker. If you ever find yourself unable to sleep, shoot them a message––high chance they’re still awake!
